ICTV (Southern) Ltd, has been servicing in Portsmouth and the surrounding area since 1991. In 2002, ICTV (Farnborough & Southern) Ltd, were promoted to the status of a Regional Sony Service Centre by Sony UK (at that time, two of only thirty six in the country). In 2006, ICTV Ltd (all branches) became a Premier Samsung Service Agent.

We have been working very closely with Sony and Samsung to reach this status, in areas of customer service and repair time.

ICTV employ fully trained professional engineers and utilise quality components for all jobs in conjunction with specialist diagnostic and rectification equipment. ICTV's reputation for quality sets an industry standard and much of our business is generated by word of mouth and existing customers.

We are also authorised repairers for Panasonic as a part of the Digital Service Network, Toshiba, Pioneer, Loewe, Hitachi, and JVC. We specialise in repairs to Television, LCD & Plasma, Video and DVD (inc. Blu-Ray), Camcorders and All Audio. Our Portsmouth branch is equipped with a specialist digital camcorder repair department.

ICTV’s Basingstoke repair centre has been established for over 10 years and throughout that time has been an important part of the Toshiba, Panasonic and Pioneer repair and Refurbishment facilities latterly.

As a specialist Pioneer Repair Centre we at ICTV Basingstoke formed an important part of the Pioneer Service network in the South of England, along with the expertise of our Farnborough brand (with over 30 years of service behind it).
